Flower Cards is a tuck box deck of bridge-size playing cards with illustrations inspired by fauna and flower of the British Isles for playing traditional Hanafuda games. Hanafuda is a traditional card deck from Japan of 48 illustrated cards with 12 suits of 4 cards, with each suit represented by a different month and flower. The game will come with a link to a web page with details about the inspiration for our card deck and rules to play two of the most popular Hanafuda games, Koi-Koi and Sakura, along with a variation of Rummy which can be played with the deck. All artwork has been hand-illustrated by Joss and thoroughly researched to achieve the design and style of Flower Cards.
